NAI Hiffman welcomes Ted Staszak to its growing Capital Markets team

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL, (June 27, 2017) — NAI Hiffman announced today that Ted Staszak has joined the firm as Senior Vice President with the Capital Markets Team. He brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including: real estate acquisitions, dispositions, partnership transfers, joint ventures, project management and development joint ventures. Mr. Staszak will partner with Pat Sullivan, senior vice president, focusing on expanding the firm’s industrial Capital Markets platform as well as enhancing full-service solutions for its clients.

Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Mr. Staszak was an Executive Vice President with CBRE. Throughout the span of his career, Mr. Staszak has completed more than 500 investment transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $8 billion nationally with a particular expertise in Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati. He has represented many large institutional clients nationwide including CenterPoint Properties, Duke Realty, High Street Realty, Prologis and TA Realty, among others. 
 
Mr. Staszak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Notre Dame University and has been an active volunteer over the last decade as a Vice President and Board Member of the Oak Park Education Foundation and local AYSO affiliate.
