NAI Hiffman completes 197,002-square-foot industrial lease in Bloomingdale

BLOOMINGDALE, IL (January 24, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is pleased to announce that Really Useful Boxes, Inc. has signed a new lease at 355 Longview Drive in Bloomingdale, Illinois.

Really Useful Boxes, a manufacturer and distributor of plastic storage boxes based in the United Kingdom, has leased 197,002 square feet at the property, occupying the warehouse for its distribution and manufacturing needs. The company is more than tripling its space since relocating from Elk Grove Village, where it formally occupied approximately 60,000 square feet of space. 
 
Located in the heart of the Central DuPage submarket with close proximity to I-355 via Army Trail Road, 355 Longview Drive spans 271,680 square feet, with 30′ clear ceiling height, 30 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, and 248 car parking spaces.
