SUS America Inc expands with new lease at Regent O’Hare in Elk Grove Village

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL (January 3, 2017) – NAI Hiffman is pleased to announce that it has completed a new lease within the Regent O’Hare business park at 1822 Brummel Drive in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

SUS America Inc, a developer, producer and seller of machinery, equipment and unit products for factory automation, building materials and components, was an existing tenant at Regent O’Hare and due to its growing operations, decided to relocate within the 8-building park in order to double its space to 22,500 square feet.

NAI Hiffman Senior Associate, Terry Herlihy, represented the landlord, Regent O’Hare, LLC, and Executive Vice President, Dan O’Neill, along with WHITE CUBE LLC President and CEO, Tak O’Haru, represented the tenant, SUS America Inc, in the deal. This transaction marks the tenth new lease NAI Hiffman has completed at Regent O’Hare in 2017.

Leased and managed by NAI Hiffman, 1822 Brummel Drive is situated adjacent to O’Hare International Airport and consists of more than 3,300 square feet of office and 19,200 square feet of warehouse space. Additional property features, include: 20’6” ceiling height, 2 interior docks, and 1 drive-in door.

The building is located within the 8-building Regent O’Hare business park at 1800-1872 Brummel Drive, with close proximity to Interstate 90 via Elmhurst Road and to I-294 via Touhy Avenue. Regent O’Hare spans 955,460 square feet and has a current occupancy rate of 92 percent, with remaining availability of 80,926 square feet throughout the park.
