NAI Hiffman’s Adam Johnson assists DuPage County Bar Association in obtaining new lease

WHEATON, IL (March 22, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce that DuPage County Bar Association has completed a new lease at 126 S County Farm Road in Wheaton.

HighPoint Planning Partners, a wealth management firm, plans to occupy 3,762 square feet at the building. Located in East-West Corridor, 126 S County Farm Road is located just south of the DuPage County Courthouse. The property is currently 1   00% leased.

NAI Hiffman Senior Vice President Adam Johnson represented the landlord DuPage County Bar Association in the lease transaction and Tony Russo, Executive Vice President with Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant HighPoint Planning Partners.
