NAI Hiffman represents Stockbridge Capital Group in lease renewal

BLOOMINGDALE, IL (April 24, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce that its Industrial Services team recently completed a lease renewal at 355-259 Longview Drive in Bloomingdale, IL on behalf of Stockbridge Capital Group.

Christian Art Gifts, a manufacturer of religious books and gifts, currently occupies the entire property, 74,678 square feet in total. The property has operated as their national distribution center since 2012.

Located in Central DuPage, 355-359 Longview Drive features 20 exterior docks, 30’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, and quick access to I-355 via Army Trail Road. The property is currently 100% leased.
