Leahy and Cremer assist in 150,364-square-foot I-55 industrial lease

ROMEOVILLE, IL (May 1, 2018) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce that Seefried Properties in joint venture with Clarion Partners, has completed a new lease at 1100-1150 W Airport Road in Romeoville, IL. JB Hunt, a largescale trucking and transportation company, plans to occupy more than half of the property, 150,364 square feet in total.

Located in the I-55 Corridor submarket, the Romeoville Business Center features 50 exterior loading docks, 120 trailer parking stalls, and close proximity to several major highways, including I-55, I-80, I-355. The property is 283,000 square feet in total; 133,000 square feet remain available for lease.
