Connolly, Moran, and Tomfohrde represent ownership in 259,744-square-foot lease renewal

BOLINGBROOK, IL (May, 16 2018) – NAI Hiffman is proud to announce that Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (U.S.) has completed a lease renewal at 365 Crossing Road in Bolingbrook, IL. NAI Hiffman Executive Vice Presidents Stephen Connolly and Mark Moran and Associate Brett Tomfohrde represented Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (U.S.) in the lease transaction, and Colliers International’s Douglas Biggs represented the tenant Westrock Converting Company.

Westrock Converting Company, a manufacturer of paperboard and folding cartons, occupies 259,744 square feet at the building. Located in I-55 Corridor, 365 Crossing Road features 22 docks, 127 parking spaces, and 6,688 square feet of office space. The property is currently 100% leased to WestRock and continues to serve as a strategic location for them as it has for the past several years.
