NAI Hiffman Represents Reliable Industries in 16,600 SF Sale

NAI Hiffman recently represented Reliable Industries in the sale of the 16,600-square-foot manufacturing facility at 1920 Beach Street in Broadview, Illinois. Indian Joe Properties purchased the building which is now fully leased by custom closet designer, Crooked Oak.

Duke Botthof, executive vice president, and Steve Sullivan, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group represented Reliable Industries in the transaction. Dave Prioletti of CBRE represented the buyer, Indian Joe Properties.
