Venture One signs new 99,313 SF lease

NAI Hiffman represented Venture One Real Estate, LLC in its new lease for 99,313 square feet of industrial space in Bedford Park with Owens Corning, a global producer of residential and commercial roofing and asphalt. Owens Corning will utilize the building for warehouse use, selecting it because of its close proximity to one of its existing locations. Located at 6969 West 73rd Street, the property is situated on 4.8 acres of land, fully fenced, and is conveniently located near I-55, I-294, and Midway Airport. Venture One acquired the building in 2013 and obtained a Class 6b incentive prior to leasing the property to Owens Corning.
