RJW Logistics Leases 512,265-SF Lockport Facility

RJW Logistics has signed a lease to fully occupy the 512,265-square-foot distribution facility at 14908 S. Gougar Rd. in Lockport, IL.

Completed this past June, the single-story complex is one of 12 planned buildings expected to comprise ML Realty Partners’ Heritage Crossing Corporate Center, a 228-acre industrial park located at the I-355 and 143rd St. interchange.

“Visibility along I-355 within a park setting was among the reasons RJW chose this location for our growth,” stated Kevin Williamson, president of RJW Logistics.

RJW’s new location, which features 32′ clear heights and four drive-in bays, is expected to bring 150 jobs to the area.

NAI Hiffman’s Dan Leahy, Mark Moran and John Whitehead represented ML Realty Partners in negotiations, while Dominic Carbonari of JLL represented RJW Logistics.
