LG Electronics USA pre-leases distribution facility at Heritage Crossing Corporate Center

LG Electronics USA has pre-leased a 363,224-square-foot freestanding distribution facility at Heritage Crossing Corporate Center, 14746 South Gougar Road in Lockport, Illinois.

The building, currently under construction, is slated for completion in summer 2016. It is the first 36-foot clear facility along Interstate 355.

Buildings at Heritage Crossing Corporate Center range from 60,000 square feet to 521,265 square feet.  The 228-acre business park is located in Lockport, Illinois, situated directly at the Interstate 355 and 143rd Street interchange.
