Pro-Line signs new Wood Dale lease

NAI Hiffman represented Pro-Line Packaging in its new lease with Sitex Group, LLC for 21,072 square feet of industrial space at 870 Lively Boulevard in Wood Dale, Illinois. Pro-Line, a newly-formed co-packing and fulfillment company focused on business solutions for coffee roasters and affiliated markets, chose the building because of its close proximity to Chicago and convenient access to potential clients.

Larry Much, SIOR, executive vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Pro-Line Packaging in the transaction. Cal Payne and Kevin Segerson of CBRE represented Sitex Group.
