NAI Hiffman represents large, institutional owner in three recent lease transactions

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL (March 9, 2016) – NAI Hiffman represented a large institutional owner in three recent leases totaling 244,178 square feet. Dan Leahy, Executive Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group, represented the owner in its lease renewal with Kellstrom Commercial Aerospace, Inc. at 450 Medinah Road in Roselle, Illinois. Kellstrom Commercial Aerospace, Inc. provides distribution, maintenance, repair & overhaul, engineering & manufacturing and program management solutions for U.S. manufactured legacy fighters, transports, patrol aircraft and helicopters. They occupy 160,000 square feet at this location and were represented by Mike Glascock of Cresa South Florida.
 
Also renewing a lease was Time Definite Services, a leading provider of refrigerated trucking and warehouse solutions, a tenant at 1360 Madeline Drive in Elgin. Time Definite Services occupies 57,695 square feet in the building.
 
Finally, AMI/Alside (Associated Materials Incorporated), a leading manufacturer of vinyl siding and accessories, vinyl windows, patio doors, fencing and railing products for residential and commercial remodeling and new construction markets signed a new 26,483-square-foot lease at 901-907 Wesemann Drive in West Dundee. Dan Leahy and Bruce Granger, Senior Vice President also with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group, represented the owner in this transaction. Geoff Kassmann and Josh Bauer of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented AMI/Alside.
