Principal Real Estate Investors sells 171,935-square-foot building in Naperville

NAI Hiffman represented seller, Principal Real Estate Investors, and buyer, Reebie Moving and Storage, in a transaction for a 171,935-square-foot building in Naperville.

Reebie Moving & Storage purchased the two-tenant property to supplement its existing location for moving services. 61,000 square feet remains available for lease within the building, located at 720 Frontenac Road. The facility offers 24-foot clear ceiling height, excellent distribution space, access to I-88 and on-site trailer parking.

Mark Moran, executive vice president, and John Whitehead, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Principal Real Estate Investors in the transaction. Kelly Disser, vice president, also with NAI Hiffman, and Brian Carroll with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank both represented Reebie Moving and Storage.
