Electri-Flex purchases 53,000 SF facility in Roselle

ELMHURST – Darwin Realty & Development Corp. recently represented Electri-Flex Co. in their purchase of a 53,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility at 35 Chancellor Drive in Roselle.

The property features 2,500 square feet of office, 26-foot clear ceilings, 800 amps of power and was built in 1999.  Electri-flex Company specilizes in the manufacturing of electrical conduits and will utilize the building as a satellite facility in addition to their existing Roselle plants.

Noel S. Liston, Principal, and Doug Pilcher, Associate of Darwin, represented Electri-Flex. Ownership was represented by Jeff Fischer and Kelly Disser of NAI Hiffman.
