United Stationers renews lease in Carol Stream

CAROL STREAM – NAI Hiffman represented TA Associates Realty in its long-term lease renewal with United Stationers Supply Co. for 328,104 square feet of industrial space at 810-870 Kimberly Drive in Carol Stream.

United Stationers, a wholesale distributor of business products, has been in the building since 1998 and uses this location as its Midwest Region Customer Care Distribution Center.

“TA Associates Realty has had a long-valued relationship with United Stationers,” said Christopher Good, partner at TA Associates Realty. “We are happy to be able to accommodate them with their long-term plans.”

Dan Leahy, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented TA Associates Realty in the transaction. Trevor Ragsdale with Jones Lang LaSalle represented United Stationers Supply Co.
