NAI Hiffman represented Insulation Fabricators, Inc. (IFI) in its lease renewal for 152,462 square feet of industrial space at 2501 W 165th Street in Hammond, Indiana. The space is located within the American Business Center, a 762,528-square-foot industrial facility, just south of I-90. Family owned and operated since 1979, IFI, a leading fabricator and distributor of thermal and acoustical insulation products, is headquartered in Hammond with additional distribution facilities in Holland, Ohio; Clarksville, Tennessee; and Nitro, West Virginia.
