NAI Hiffman completes two leases in I-55 Corridor

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL (May 20, 2016) –  NAI Hiffman recently represented Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada in a 259,744-square-foot lease renewal with WestRock Converting Company in Bolingbrook, Illinois. RockTenn, a long-time tenant at the building, located at 365 Crossing Road, recently merged with a larger company, WestRock. Rather than consolidating, the merged companies are renewing the lease as it is a strategic location for its operations.
 
NAI Hiffman also represented commercial cleaning company, Elite Facility Professionals Inc., in its 8,141-square-foot new lease at 245 Rocbaar Drive in Romeoville. 
 
Mark Moran and Steve Connolly, with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services group represented Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada in its lease renewal. Douglas Biggs with Colliers represented WestRock. Mark Moran and John Whitehead, also with NAI Hiffman, represented ownership of 245 Rocbaar Drive in its new lease. Perry Higa, with NAI Hiffman’s Office Services group, represented the tenant, Elite Facility Professionals.
