Two office leases completed at One Oakbrook Terrace

NAI Hiffman represented ownership in two leases totaling nearly 6,000 square-feet of office space at One Oakbrook Terrace in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

Private wealth advisory practice, Ameriprise Financial, renewed its lease for 4,016 square-feet. Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company signed a new lease for 1,977 square-feet.

One Oakbrook Terrace’s institutional owner has recently upgraded the building with significant capital improvements to the asset including a new food service and tenant lounge, a new conference facility, and most recently, updated elevator cabs and  lobby. Brian Edgerton, vice president with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented ownership in both transactions. Patrick Elwood of CBRE represented Sierra Pacific.
