General Growth completes five Oak Brook leases

Oak Brook North – 1200 Harger Rd, Oak Brook, IL

NAI Hiffman recently represented General Growth Properties in five lease transactions at the Oak Brook North building, 1200 Harger Road in Oak Brook. 

The first renewal was Personnel Staffing Group, remaining in its 2,209-square-foot office. TouchPoint Print Solutions also renewed its lease for 1,346 square feet. Other renewals included RB International Import-Export, LLC renewing 941 square feet, and Gray Hunter Stenn, LLP renewing and expanding its lease to 6,438 square feet. Digital Staffing signed a new lease for an additional 1,183 square feet within the 104,725-square-foot class “B” office building with plans to open a new staffing company.
 
Located on the Oakbrook Center property, Oak Brook North’s location offers access to the Oakbrook Center mall, multiple restaurant choices, and hotels within a close proximity to the building.
 
Brian Edgerton, vice president, and Mike Van Zandt, executive vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s Office Services Group, represented General Growth in all five transactions. David Ven Horst of Tenant Advisors represented Gray Hunter Stenn, LLP and Brian Borken of BKB Commercial represented Digital Staffing.
