NAI Hiffman grows medical office portfolio in Crystal Lake

NAI Hiffman has been awarded property management and leasing assignments for 525 E. Congress Parkway in Crystal Lake. The 68,318-square-foot Class A medical office building was acquired by a leading medical office REIT in April of 2013.

525 E. Congress Parkway currently has 28,557 square feet of vacant space available to lease; Brian Edgerton and Jason Wurtz, both vice presidents with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, will be the leasing team marketing availabilities in the building.

The building already has a strong existing medical practice tenant roster, which may be a cross referral source for future medical tenants. The management team will be led by Rich LeBrun, vice president, and Paul DiCosola, property manager, both with NAI Hiffman’s management services group.
