Parkview Plaza adds Kellen Company to its Tenant Roster

NAI Hiffman is pleased to announce it recently represented TIAA-CREF in its new lease, signing Kellen Company to 30,448 square feet of office space at Parkview Plaza in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Kellen Company, a global leader in association services, is relocating from Naperville.

One Parkview Plaza, located near the intersection of 22nd Street and Route 83, is a 263,912-square-foot, Class A asset. The building is currently 85% occupied; available spaces range from 1,900 to 14,000 contiguous square feet. Building features include a deli, a sundry shop, 24-hour manned security, an ATM, covered parking and a health club that features basketball and racquetball courts.
