999 Oakmont expands lease with Centene, signs new tenant

NAI Hiffman recently represented ownership of 999 Oakmont Plaza Drive with two leases in Westmont, Illinois. Centene, a leading multi-line healthcare enterprise, expanded its current lease. The company first signed its lease at the building in 2011 and has expanded twice in that time. New tenant, AuctionsByCellular, a mobile bidding software designed for charities and nonprofits, also signed a lease at the building and will occupy early this summer.

The 117,841-square-foot building only has two remaining vacancies including the entire second floor consisting of 22,648 square feet and a first floor suite consisting of 3,538 square feet. One Oakmont Plaza is a Class A, 6-story office building located in the prominent East-West Corridor. Recent renovations include common hallway upgrades, elevators, a new deli and tenant lounge and a state-of-the-art conference facility. The property is professionally managed by NAI Hiffman.

Patrick Kiefer, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada in both transactions. Scott Bazoian of Cassidy Turley represented Centene; Bill Main and Ben Cooper of CBIZ represented Auctions By Cellular.
