NAI Hiffman announces the addition of high-profile industrial power team

Dave Petersen, Chief Executive Officer of NAI Hiffman, announced today the addition of high-profile commercial real estate industry veterans Whit Heitman, Sam Badger, SIOR and Brad Weiner to its industrial services group. 

Effective immediately, Heitman, Badger and Weiner will join NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group and will continue to work as a team focused on serving owners, occupiers and investors of industrial real estate in the Chicago area and nationally. They were most recently with Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago, and will now be based at NAI Hiffman’s Oakbrook Terrace headquarters.

With over 43 years of combined commercial real estate experience, Heitman, Badger and Weiner will continue to focus their service to the North industrial submarkets including North Cook, Lake County and Southeast Wisconsin among others. Together, they have completed more than 29 million square feet of industrial transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.35 billion. Throughout their years teaming together on local and national transactions they have represented private investors, large institutional clients and Fortune 500 companies, including First Industrial, CenterPoint Properties and IBM Corporation, among others.
