NAI Hiffman represents Equity Office Properties in two lease transactions at Westbrook Corporate Center

WESTCHESTER, IL (June 10, 2016) – NAI Hiffman’s Jim Adler and Dan O’Neill represented ownership of Westbrook Corporate Center in two recent lease transactions. Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago renewed its 6,988 square foot lease in Tower Three. The children’s healthcare organization operates an outpatient center from this western suburban location. David Mahoney and Meredith Soren Freese of CBRE represented the tenant.

Also recommitting to its tenancy at Westbrook Corporate Center was Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc.  The technology company that delivers system integration and technology services for its clients will remain in its 6,973 square foot space on a long-term basis. Tom Peters and Dale Scott of CBRE represented Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. in the transaction.

Westbrook Corporate Center was part of a portfolio acquired by Equity Office Properties in the third quarter of 2015.  The five-building, 1.15 million-square-foot complex recently completed a major lobby renovation in each of its five towers.  Amenities at the property are abundant; childcare, fitness center, full-service café, a recently renovated Starbucks and convenience store are a few of the amenities that make Westbrook Corporate Center an office city in the suburbs.  Spaces are available up to 46,000 square feet.

Jim Adler and Dan O’Neill, both executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Equity Office Properties in the transactions.
