Value Industrial Partners acquires two industrial buildings totaling 91,000 square feet

Value Industrial Partners recently acquired two industrial buildings totaling 91,000 square feet in separate transactions.

1101-1133 Ellsworth Ave. in Villa Park is a fully-leased 51,000-square-foot multi-tenant building currently leased to four tenants. Value Industrial Partners also closed on a 40 percent leased 40,000-square-foot multi-tenant building located at 755-777 Edgewood Ave. in Wood Dale. NAI Hiffman’s Kelly Disser represented Value Industrial Partners in the Wood Dale purchase and has been retained to market the available units for lease.

Units of 5,000 to 20,000 square feet are available featuring 15-100 percent office, heavy power and air conditioned warehouses. Capital improvements for 755-777 Edgewood are underway including roof replacement, parking lot resurfacing, tuck pointing and landscaping upgrades.

Brian Liston and Brian Gedvilas of Value Industrial Partners worked on behalf of Value Industrial Partners in both transactions.  Value Industrial Partners now owns and manages more than 3.7 million square feet of industrial buildings throughout the Chicago area.
