Aubrey Van Reken represents 5 tenants in transactions totaling over 47,000 square feet

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL (June 1, 2016)- NAI Hiffman’s Aubrey Van Reken recently represented 5 tenants in office transactions totaling 47,257 square feet in Chicago’s East-West Corridor submarket.

The School Association for Special Education in DuPage (SASED), an intergovernmental agreement among 18 school districts that  provides supports and services to over 6,400 students with disabilities thought the county, is consolidating and moving its executive, administrative and itinerant staff from locations in Naperville and Lombard to 2900 Ogden Avenue in Lisle. SASED signed a long-term office lease and will be occupying 30,000 square feet in the building. The unique building opportunity provides capability for on-site training, an audiology clinic, storage and adequate parking for its staff and visitors. 

SASED is a part of the  continuum of services available to all students with disabilities from ages 3-21.  As an extension of the programming provided by its member districts, SASED offers  programs and services for students with more intensive needs.  SASED also operates specialized programs on a regional basis for students with significant hearing, vision and orthopedic disabilities. 
 
Other transactions included American Income Life, a provider of life and supplemental health insurance policies, who signed a long-term renewal and expansion at 1910 South Highland Avenue where it now occupies 8,490 square feet of office space. At the same building, Educational Solutions Development, a firm that specializes in school and college software systems for administrators and teachers, signed a lease renewal for 2,082 square feet.

In Elmhurst, tax and accounting consulting firm, Condo CPA, renewed its 3,923-square-foot office at 188 Industrial Drive. Lastly, ManageForce Corporation, a solutions provider for business applications and databases, renewed its space at 2625 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook where it occupies 2,762 square feet.
