NAI Hiffman represents Cadence Premier Logistics in its current build-to-suit project

JOLIET, IL (June 6, 2016) – NAI Hiffman’s Vice President, John Whitehead, represented  Alsip, Illinois-based Cadence Premier Logistics in its recent build-to-suit transaction. Cadence Premier Logistics has broken ground on its 143,560 square-foot corporate headquarters facility at 2250 Chicago Street in the Laraway Crossings Corporate Center in Joliet, Illinois. The construction of the build-to-suit facility is being led by Minneapolis-based developer, Ryan Companies. This purchase and development represents significant growth for the company who will now have expanded operational functionality and access to broader distribution networks nationally. The property will include more than 400 trailer parking spaces and approximately 40,000 square feet of office space.

John Whitehead, Vice President with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group, represented Cadence Premier Logistics in both the sale and build-to-suit transactions.
