Fischer and Kiefer Promoted to Executive Vice Presidents and Shareholders

NAI Hiffman is pleased to announce the promotion
of both Jeffrey Fischer, 42, and Patrick Kiefer, 45, to executive vice
president and shareholder. Fischer joined the firm’s industrial services group
in 2009 and Kiefer to the office services group in 2008.

disciplines; their integrity, team work and commitment to NAI Hiffman’s short
and long-term goals made them obvious shareholder candidates,” said Dave

Jeffrey
Fischer has been in the commercial real estate industry for 17 years, with
experience ranging from commercial development to representing owners and
tenants in all aspects of their real estate needs.

Some of
Fischer’s significant clients include American Mattress, Duke Realty, Greco
& Sons, JBS Logistics, Loyola University Health System and RhinoDox. He is
on the Wisconsin Alumni Association’s Chicago Chapter Board of Directors and
serves as a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE)
and. His combined experience as an owner and a broker has given him a unique
advantage that benefits institutional owners, developers, tenants and small
business clients.

Patrick Kiefer
has been in the industry for 18 years specializing in landlord representation
for clients ranging from small entrepreneurial developers to some of the
largest institutional commercial real estate owners in the world. Focused on
the East-West Corridor in the Chicago Suburban market, he has actively worked
in every Chicago area submarket and brings that wide-ranging brokerage
experience with him to the table for every negotiation for every client.
Significant clients of his include American Realty Advisors, TIAA-CREF,
Winthrop Realty Trust, and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.

Kiefer is an
active member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA), the
National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Oak Brook
Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Oak Brook Economic Development Partnership
Council.
