Duke Realty signs APL Logistics to 126,450 square feet in Bolingbrook

NAI Hiffman represented Duke Realty in its new lease with APL Logistics, a third-party logistics service provider, for 126,450 square feet of industrial space in Bolingbrook. The space is within the 289,920-square-foot facility located at 2 Gateway Court, just south of I-55. Duke Realty owns and manages the facility that features 40 exterior dock doors and 30-foot clear ceiling height. This is the second lease that NAI Hiffman has completed in the building in the past nine months, bringing the facility to 100 percent occupancy.

Mark Moran and Steve Connolly, both executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented Duke Realty in the transaction. Larry Johnson with CBRE represented APL Logistics.
