Rittal signs 11,960 SF lease at 425 N Martingale

Jim Adler, John Cash and David Haigh represented Rittal Corporation in its new lease with New York Life Insurance Company for 11,960 square feet of office space in Schaumburg, Illinois. The building is located at 425 North Martingale Road, in Woodfield Corporate Center, off of I-290 and East Higgins Road. Rittal is relocating its U.S. headquarters from Urbana, Ohio to Schaumburg, Illinois to take advantage of the strong labor market in the area; the close proximity to hotels, restaurants and convenient access to O’Hare Airport were also appealing factors in Rittal’s decision to move to 425 North Martingale Road. Mark Smith of CBRE represented New York Life Insurance Company.
