NAI Hiffman completes leases at Butterfield Centre and Oak Brook North Building

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL (August 1, 2016) – NAI Hiffman recently completed 3 office transactions within the East-West Corridor. At Butterfield Centre, Travelers Insurance signed a 6,985-square-foot lease renewal with catering company, Notable Events. Located at 700-720 East Butterfield Road in Lombard, the two-building, 280,000-square-foot office offers tenants newly renovated common areas, on-site deli, conference center and covered parking, all within close proximity to Highland Avenue and I-88.

Down the street at the Oak Brook North Building located at 1200 Harger Road in Oak Brook, General Growth Properties (GGP) signed a new 2,354-square-foot lease with Andrew Staffing, a firm specializing in providing light industrial talent. GGP also renewed Estatax to its 4,107-square-foot space. The 104,725-square-foot building is adjacent the Le Méridien hotel and many dining options, and is within walking distance to shopping at Oakbrook Center. Extensive completed renovations include the building’s elevators, common corridors, restrooms, lobby, conference center, and tenant lounge.
