NAI Hiffman represents TRR LLC in new 40,000 SF lease

NAI Hiffman represented TRR LLC in its new lease at 720 Frontenac Road in Naperville with leading building material provider, Norandex. A part of the Saint-Gobain brand family, Norandex leased 40,000 square feet within the 171,631-square-foot facility located just south of I-88 in close proximity to Route 59.

TRR LLC is a private ownership group which acquired the facility in 2013; NAI Hiffman represented the group on the purchase of the asset. The new long-term lease provides favorable financial conditions and operational benefits for both the tenant and landlord.

Kelly Disser, senior vice president, and Jeff Fischer, executive vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial service group represented TRR LLC in the transaction. J.D. Salazar of Fischer and Company represented Norandex.
