NAI Hiffman represents Power Equipment Direct in Bolingbrook lease for 210,000 SF

NAI Hiffman represented Power Equipment Direct (PED), a division of Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., in its new lease with ProLogis for 210,000 square feet at 969 Veterans Parkway in Bolingbrook, Illinois.  PED is relocating from a smaller 60,000 square foot distribution facility in Bolingbrook to accommodate current and future growth.

The new facility will include over 20,000 square feet of office and showroom space, provides I-55 highway visibility, and 32’ clear height.  Prologis broke ground on the 329,828-square-foot speculative facility in 2014; this lease brings the property to 100% occupancy.  PED expects to occupy the facility by year end. 

Mark Moran and Steve Connolly, SIOR, both Executive Vice Presidents with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented PED in the lease transaction.
