NAI Hiffman represents Travelers Insurance in new lease at Butterfield Centre

NAI Hiffman represented Travelers Insurance in its new lease with Veolia Water Solutions at 700 East Butterfield Road. Veolia will occupy 16,691 square feet within Butterfield Centre in Lombard. Butterfield Centre consists of two class A buildings totaling 280,672 square feet and offers covered parking, conference facility with auditorium, food service, fitness center, and NAI Hiffman on-site management. Both 700 and 720 East Butterfield Road are connected by a sky bridge on the third floor.

Mike Van Zandt, executive vice president, and Brian Edgerton, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s Office Services Group represented Travelers Insurance in the transaction. David Tropp and Jon Springer of CBRE represented Veolia Water Solutions.
