909 Davis Earns TOBY Award

We are proud to announce that the Hiffman team at 909 Davis Street in Evanston was awarded a 2022 TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award by BOMA Suburban Chicago. NAI Hiffman’s winning team was honored for their exceptional work and building standards. The building is owned by Franklin Street Partners.
