NAI Hiffman represents General Growth Properties in 5 office transactions

NAI Hiffman represented General Growth Properties (GGP) in 5 renewal and expansion transactions totaling 13,824 square feet of office space at 1200 Harger Road in Oak Brook, Illinois. 
 
Roux and Associates, an environmental consulting firm, renewed and expanded its 6,129-square-foot space. Administrative & clerical recruiter, Select Staffing, expanded its space to 2,557 square feet. Affiliated Independent Legal Professionals, LTD renewed 2,343 square feet. Smaller renewals included Corporate Payroll Services with 1,705 square feet and Hoy and Sahlas, Ltd. with 1,090 square feet.

1200 Harger Road has recently completed its first phase of capital improvements to attract and retain tenants. Completed projects to date include common area, corridor and washroom renovations. Phase two, expected to commence in January, will include complete elevator replacements and renovation of the building lobby. GGP also plans to add new amenities to the building including a tenant lounge and a modern conference center. 
 
Michael Van Zandt, Executive Vice President, and Brian Edgerton, Vice President, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented GGP in all five transactions. Roux and Associates was represented by Bill Main and Ben Cooper of CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate; Select Staffing was represented by Brian Borkin of BKB Commercial; Affiliated Independent Legal Professionals, LTD was represented by David Hamilton of Tenant Advisors.
