Aubrey Van Reken represents 4 tenants in office lease transactions totaling over 17,000 square feet

NAI Hiffman recently represented 4 tenants in office transactions totaling 17,257 square feet in Chicago’s East-West Corridor submarket.

American Income Life,  a provider of life and supplemental health insurance policies, signed a long-term renewal and expansion at 1910 South Highland Avenue in Lombard where it now occupies 8,490 square feet of office space. At the same building, Educational Solutions Development, a firm that specializes in school and college software systems for administrators and teachers, signed a lease renewal for 2,082 square feet.

In Elmhurst, tax and accounting consulting firm, Condo CPA, renewed its 3,923-square-foot office at 188 Industrial Drive. Lastly, ManageForce Corporation, a solutions provider for business applications and databases, renewed its space at 2625 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook where it occupies 2,762 square feet.
