Headquartered in Los Angeles, Mitsubishi Materials is a leading manufacturer and supplier of cutting tools for the metalworking industry. Located at the property for over 5 years, Mitsubishi’s Schaumburg location houses the firm’s marketing, sales, and engineering office.

1300-1320 North Plum Grove Road, managed and leased by NAI Hiffman has only 2 units remaining ranging in size from 10,000 to 12,500 square feet. The 72,461-square-foot flex building offers drive-in doors, loading docks, 18′ clear ceiling heights, flexible parking, easy access to I-90, I-290 and Route 53, and is in close proximity to numerous restaurants and shops.
