NAI Hiffman represents landlord in Romeoville office lease

NAI Hiffman represented ownership in the long-term lease of a 4,400-square-foot office space to Intertek USA in Romeoville.

Located at 1404 Joliet Road, the unit is within a 40,000-square-foot building in Bluff Point Center that is just southwest of the I-355 and I-55 interchange. The “plug and play” space includes high-end office finishes, drive-in-doors, and is fully furnished. Intertek USA chose the location due to its proximity to its other operations.
