DCT acquires 109,450-square-foot industrial investment property in Elk Grove Village

NAI Hiffman represented DCT Industrial Trust in the purchase of a 109,450-square-foot industrial building from Third Generation LLC in Elk Grove Village. Located at 1500-1530 Morse Ave., the property is about two miles south of I-90, directly off of Route 83. DCT owns and operates high-quality bulk distribution and light industrial properties across North America. DCT acquired the leased asset because of its quality tenancy and redevelopment potential. Brian Colson, executive vice president, and Eric Fischer, vice president, with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented DCT in the transaction.

Kole Construction buys 30,480-square-foot warehouse 

Kole Construction has purchased a 30,480-square-foot warehouse building located at 1404 Sherman Road in Romeoville.  Jeff Galante, principal, and Scott Anderson, vice president, of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC represented the seller, Aurelio LLC, and Mike Robbins of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer in the transaction.
