Ring the Bell! Basile Hosts Celebratory Luncheon

Executive Vice President John Basile hosted a celebratory “Ring the Bell” luncheon at the Hiffman headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace on Monday, May 9, to celebrate the successful closing of the sale transaction of the Ashland Cold Storage facility at 1556 W 43rd Street in Chicago.

A “Ring the Bell” event is an organic celebration initiated by one of our teammates to share their excitement for a recent achievement/ success with the whole Hiffman team. Two years ago, just days before the “Shelter in Place” order, John hosted our most recent bell-ringing event to celebrate a recently-closed sale. The pandemic derailed in-person celebrations, and Basile was excited to bring back the tradition. He treated colleagues to a massive spread of Italian food including chicken parmesan, chicken piccata, meatballs, baked mostaccioli and more. Thanks & congratulations, John!
