Hiffman Represents Seller in $4.5 M Industrial Sale

NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President David Haigh and White Cube LLC President Tak O’Haru represented seller Tomoegawa in the sale of a multi-tenant industrial building located on 6.55 acres at 742 Glenn Avenue in Wheeling, Illinois. JV Global Services, represented by Lee & Associates, purchased the 119,115-square-foot building for $4.5 million.
