Northwest Indiana becoming a vibrant healthcare services market

Brian Edgerton, senior vice president of healthcare services, is providing representation for CA Health & Science Trust, Inc. in marketing 21,882 square feet of available state-of-the-art medical office space for lease at Lake Medical Center in Munster, Indiana. Latitude Commercial serves as the local agent partner.

“A growing number of providers have identified northwest Indiana as a vibrant market for delivering healthcare services, creating a critical mass of large provider investment in the area,” said Edgerton. “Proximity to nearby hospitals and I-94 combined with a continued influx of specialty service lines from Chicago-based systems like Rush make Munster an ideal location for regional patient access.”

Located at 9200 Calumet Ave., across from the 458-bed Community Hospital campus, prospective tenants can choose space options ranging from 659 to 8,278 square feet alongside current tenants Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, The Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery, Community Hospital Therapy Services, Dermio Dermatology, Great Lakes Surgical Suites, and DaVita. Amenities include upgraded lobby space, common areas, and landscaping. The property also sits close to numerous restaurants and hotels throughout the Calumet Ave. corridor.
