Commercial Property Executive Influence Award – Maggie Foley

Congratulations to Hiffman National Property Manager Maggie Foley, winner of the Commercial Property Executive Influence Award for Property Management Program.

Maggie Foley joined Hiffman National in 2021 and currently manages approximately 1,342,317 SF of various retail centers located in Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.

Maggie is always working to add value to the retail centers through various capital improvement projects. She demonstrates our core values of accountability, integrity, collaboration and innovation in all aspects of managing her portfolio, as well as with our client.

One center in particular was Northpark Shopping Center, which had become an undervalued, tired looking center. Through Maggie’s efforts, recommendations and discussions with our client, she was instrumental in having the entire building repainted, making drastic improvements to the parking lot, upgrading the parking lot lighting and wallpacks to LED, and refurbishing the monument signs. This was all completed in 2022 and through her efforts, the shopping center re-established itself as a premier shopping destination.

This program benefitted the property by creating a more aesthetically pleasing appearance and better shopper experience. The landlord enjoyed more curb appeal thanks to the sleek redesign and the tenants attracted more customers as a result of a more shopper-friendly center.
