I am a “Blue Collar” guy working at the highest level within a corporate environment. I was taught to work hard, be honest, and strive to always be better. At the age of 3, my mother taught me the multiplication table while ironing and doing her daily housework. She was a teacher in Japan. Yes, I was destined to attend college. It was my parents who developed my path to adulthood and beyond. Honestly, I owe my career and success to my parents. I love most sports and played baseball, football, basketball, tennis, racquetball, 2 forms of Karate, golf, chess team, etc. Also I learned to ski in Montana on a CRE trip sponsored by Hamilton Partners.

For over four decades, Perry has specialized in representing occupiers and tenants in the commercial real estate sector. He employs a comprehensive strategic planning process to serve clients across diverse industries, including corporate healthcare, data centers, and entrepreneurial ventures. While his primary focus remains the Chicago metropolitan area, Perry has successfully represented prominent organizations—such as McDonald’s Corporation, Brainlab, Viskase, and Siemens—throughout the United States and internationally.
Before joining NAI Hiffman as a Partner, Perry was one of the top brokers at CBRE, working within their Corporate Services Group. He takes a hands-on, consultative approach to every deal—focusing on the details of the real estate process and making sure his clients’ goals aren’t just met, but exceeded.
