NAI Hiffman completes three office deals in Chicago’s East-West corridor

LISLE, DOWNERS GROVE, and LOMBARD, IL (January 10, 2018) NAI Hiffman is proud to announce that it has completed three office transactions in Chicago’s East-West corridor submarket.

In the first transaction, NAI Hiffman represented ownership in Joseph T. Ryerson & So Inc.’s lease extension at 1050 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois.

Joseph T. Ryerson & Son Inc., a Chicago-based metal processor and distributor, offering more than 65,000 varieties of stainless, aluminum, carbon and alloys, occupies the entire 53,982-square-foot building.

NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President, Dan O’Neill, and Vice President, Adam Johnson, represented ownership in the transaction. CBRE’s Jon Springer represented Joseph T. Ryerson & So Inc.

In a separate transaction, NAI Hiffman Senior Vice President, Art Burrows, and Vice President, Adam Johnson, represented R.C.M. 22nd St., LLC, in the sale of 55 W 22nd Street in Lombard, Illinois.

The 50,963-square-foot multi-tenant office building was 99% occupied at the time of sale. USA Realty Group’s Farhan Hanif represented buyer, Lombard Investment Group, LLC.

Finally, LexRay, a decision-enabling platform that empowers organizations to run their operations from anywhere, signed a new lease at 3041 Woodcreek Drive in Downers Grove, Illinois.

NAI Hiffman Vice President, Adam Johnson, represented the Landlord, American Community Management, in the lease transaction and Newmark Knight Frank Senior Managing Director John Kinsella represented LexRay.
