Why did you decide to go into commercial real estate?
I began my real estate career working for a private company (tenant) that had multiple facilities that I was empowered to lease and fit out for their specific business. I realized that I loved the real estate portion more than their specific business, so I decided to career shift into commercial real estate to explore that passion.
What resources have been invaluable to you?
The Hiffman people. I have learned so much from mentorship, training, and collaboration from this collection of high-performance real estate professionals. This is the most amazing group that I have ever had the opportunity to work with and it’s everyone, in every department, in every role. The unfailing knowledge-sharing and kind support create an environment for elevation and success. It’s an incredible culture and I would not trade this team of people for any other.
