What was the toughest challenge you faced when you were starting out?:
For me my toughest challenge was reentering the work force and learning to navigate updates and advancements in computer technology. It was quite the challenge learning all the various software programs. But with time, repetition, and a lot of help, I have become much more proficient.
Why do you think it is important for women to be active in CRE, especially CRE leadership?:
Since Commercial Real Estate has long been a male-dominated industry it is important for women to become active. This includes leadership roles as well. Our attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, make a career in CRE a perfect match.
