Why did you decide to go into commercial real estate?
After graduating with a law degree in my country I began working for the Government Real Estate Office, thinking I would just be covering the legal side of corporate real estate. Unexpectedly, I found myself involved in projects that included building construction and planning. I was so attracted to the work and really loved what I was doing.
What was the toughest challenge you faced when you were starting out?
Making the decision to move to the USA few years ago, and starting all over from the beginning. It was very hard to find “myself,” and to find a job that I liked until the moment I stepped into my role at Hiffman and everything changed.
What resources have been invaluable to you?
With the support of my team, every project and every transaction is a new experience every day.
Who have been your mentors and how have they impacted you?
I’ve been at Hiffman for almost one year, and I’ve meet amazing people – beautiful and strong women from whom I learn every day. The women I work with are ambitious, disciplined, focused and so much more. I am grateful every day to be part of the Project Services team, in which everyone is always supporting me and helping me grow.
